For  the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Belmont Skatepark  include and BSP. The BSP website is a Non-profit site. By using the  BSP website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, BSP may collect  personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • Phone Number 

If you purchase BSP’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information.


This  information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Right to Deletion 

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we

Please note that we reserve the right to complete the request to delete your personal information  within a 7 year time period starting from the date we receive the request. We may not be able  to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:
